ACCESS, CONDITIONS, SAFETY
A field itinerary is provisional until access and conditions are real.
Geological value does not override site ownership, safety rules, protected-area requirements or active industrial operations. The field leader and local operator hold different responsibilities.
No guaranteed restricted access
Mines, quarries, tunnels, laboratories, research stations, construction sites and protected areas require explicit approval and may remain unavailable.
No substitute for field faculty
YINYU coordinates the ground layer. Academic instruction, sample strategy, field assessment and student supervision remain with the buyer’s qualified leader unless separately agreed.
No assumed collecting
Rock, fossil, mineral or biological sampling is not included unless legality, site permission, transport and export conditions are specifically verified.
Conditions can change
Weather, river levels, slope conditions, closures and industrial activity may require a different sequence or substitute educational stop.

Can you operate a university geology field trip in China?
Yes. We can research and coordinate the China-side ground programme while the university or buyer retains academic leadership, supervision and institutional responsibility.
Can you guarantee access to mines or quarries?
No. We can investigate appropriate possibilities, but working or restricted sites are included only after the operator or responsible authority approves the specific visit.
Can students collect geological samples?
Not by default. Collection, ownership, protected-site rules, transport and export law must all be confirmed before any sampling is considered.
What happens if weather closes a field site?
We plan useful alternatives where possible and adjust sequence with the field leader, but some conditions may require a changed academic plan.
