Work may need longer than the group remains in one place. Where a fired result matters, the route, return visit or later collection plan must fit the host’s confirmed production calendar.

Match group size to real studio capacity

Tools, wheels, worktables, materials, translation and supervision create a practical ceiling. Splitting the group can improve the work, but it changes transport, staffing and total programme time.

Separate collection from international shipping
